Coils are cut into sheets of specified lengths. Throughout the process, the material is stress-relieved and leveled to ensure tight flatness and dimensional tolerances. Thicknesses from 0.5 mm to 20 mm are processed, with a maximum width of 2,020 mm.
The coil is slitted into strips of varying widths according to the required specifications, ensuring dimensional accuracy and high-quality cut edges. Strips with thicknesses ranging from 0.6 mm to 8 mm are produced, ready for use in a wide range of industrial applications.
Trimmed sheet metal blanks are produced, cut on all four sides, including small-format sheets, to achieve extremely tight dimensional tolerances. This high-precision process is ideal for applications that require ready-to-use formats for subsequent processing or assembly.
